We are excited to announce that the 2026 Black Composers Concert will take place again this year at Jerusalem Baptist Church. Mark your calendars and join us for an afternoon of uplifting music and community spirit.
This concert celebrates the extraordinary contributions of Black composers to classical, jazz, Gospel, and sacred music, performed by some of the region’s finest musicians. Please register in advance through our Eventbrite page and share this free event with all of your family and friends! To make this event a success, we need your support! We are seeking volunteers in two key areas:
Planning Committee Members
- Help shape this year's concert through virtual meetings that fit your schedule.
- Share your expertise in outreach, logistics, and/or event planning.
Day-of Volunteers
- Assist as ushers or event assistants on the day of the concert.
- Be a vital part of creating a welcoming and seamless experience for attendees.
